Friday and Saturdays weekly 4:30-10pm. Regular midweek cover shifts will also be available

Previous experience not required but commitment to consistently upholding high standards, an interest in creating great food and stamina to work at a fast pace required.
​
The role is cooking pizzas in our wood fired oven, including managing the fire and oven parameters. Will also be required to provide prep in the kitchen and maintain cleanliness and customer interaction and service.

Friday 5:30-9:30/10pm weekly, plus bi-weekly Saturday shift 5:30-9:30/10pm + additional cover shifts. i.e around 10 hours a week on average.
